I designed this campaign to remind Pantone’s audience of its many products, and thank them for their loyalty. I did this by positioning them as the absolute necessary tool in each of their fields; by referencing other crucial, and colorful tools. The following mailer contains a customized hammer, and nails with matching color codes. The headline simply reads, “You wouldn’t make a house without a hammer, so why would you design without Pantone”.
These posters align with my concept of showcasing Pantone’s absolute necessity in the fashion, interior, and digital industries. It does this by referencing equally important tools that you wouldn’t be able to work without. The headline states, “You wouldn’t make a dress without scissors, so why would you design without Pantone”, “You wouldn’t paint a house without rollers, so why would you design without Pantone”, and finally “You wouldn’t make a digital file without a mouse, so why would you design without Pantone”.
To complete the campaign, I designed this home page. It features a large hero image with an action button directing you to their online store. Here you can purchase more creatively colored tools—such as sketch pads, X-Acto blades, etc. The sidebar features an accordion like drop-down list which allows you to sort them by industry.
